Reserve Your Own Piece of Paradise with an Exclusive After-Hours Rental at Sholem Aquatic Center!

Our Summer 2013 rental and party calendar is now open. 

Whether you’d like to have the entire waterpark to yourself, or you’re just looking for some uninterrupted river time, we’ve got you covered!  No matter your budget, you can celebrate a birthday, entertain clients, say thank-you to employees, or host a stress-free family reunion by choosing any one of our three after-hours rental options:

• “Ultimate Beach Party” (full-facility rental) - $365/R or $550/NR per hour
• “Summer Nights” (limited to the main pool and lap lanes) - $195/R or $295/NR per hour
• “Surf’s Up!” (limited to the river and the three slides) - $230/R or $345/NR per hour

* Prices represent a per-hour charge. Your rental must be at least two (2) hours.
* All rentals and parties must be booked a minimum of 7 days prior to the event.

Summer 2013 reservation slots became available January 14th, 2013.  All rentals must occur before or after public swim/programming hours. Renters are welcome to bring lawn games to play during their rental times, but please, barefoot-friendly games only (no lawn darts, horseshoes, etc.)  For reservations, please call the Leonhard Recreation Center at 398-2571 or email tony.oe@cparkdistrict.com.

Custom Fun in the Sun with Sholem Aquatic Center’s Open-Hours Party Options!

* We do not host any parties or events on holidays or during District events including but not limited to Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day weekend, or MiniTri race day. 

From birthday celebrations to corporate fun days, family get-togethers to class reunions, Sholem Aquatic Center is just the place for your next special event!  Our open-hours party options are available any time we’re open for public swim.  You may choose from any of the options listed below, or give us a call and see what we can do for you! Please note that each party package accomodates up to 30 people.  Larger groups will need to book multiple packages.

A Day at the Beach
Let us make your next event as relaxing as a day at the beach! This full-service pool party package includes:

• Admission to the facility during open hours
• An exclusive lawn rental with picnic table seating
• Ice cream treats
• Your choice of BBQ sandwich or hotdog combos with soda from The Oasis, our full-service concessions area

Fees:  $200/R or $300/R for up to 15 participants for up to 2 hours.  Each additional person is $7/person for residents or $10/person for non-residents.  Each additional hour of lawn rental is $10/hour for residents or $15/hour for non-residents.
 
Groups on the Green
This great party option includes:

• Admission to the facility during open hours
• An exclusive lawn rental with picnic table seating
• 20% off concessions prices at The Oasis, our full-service concessions area

Fee:  $130/R or $185/NR for up to 15 participants for up to 2 hours.  Each additional person after 15 is $5.50/person for residents and $7.50/person for non-residents.  Each additional hour of lawn rental is $10/hour for residents or $15/hour for non-residents.

Lawn Rangers
Looking for a simple and inexpensive way to reserve some space at Sholem Aquatic Center?  Hoping to bring your lawn games and settle in for a day of fun?  No problem! This lawn-rental-only option was made for you.

Fee: Lawn rentals are $48/residents or $72/non-residents and guarantee an exclusive lawn rental with picnic table seating for up to 2 hours.  Each additional hour of lawn rental is $10 for residents or $15 for non-residents.  Please note that this package does not include admission or concessions.
