Plans for future development of the park include open play areas, practice sports fields, a basketball court, a playground, a drinking fountain, a picnic area including a small shelter, picnic tables and grills, landscaping and a parking area. The Park District also envisions extending the developer donated trail system in the subdivsion to and through the site.
The timing of development depends on grant money availability.
