Dog Park
Location: South side of Windsor Rd. between Rising Rd. & Staley Rd.
Hours: Open daily from dawn to dusk
This new park will provide your dog a place to run off-leash and
interact with other dogs and humans. Located on seven acres
near the southeast corner of Windsor and Rising Roads, this
park features a 4 foot fence, double-gated entry area, separate
areas for large and small dogs, parking lot, and trash cans/dog
waste stations.

Dog Park Membership
Dog Park membership carries with it
responsibilities to all Dog Park users
and the public at large. Not all dogs
are good candidates for Dog Park play
and interaction with a wide cross section
of dogs. If your dog is shy about
meeting new people, children, or dogs,
he might not be a good candidate for
the Dog Park. In addition, Dog Park
users must be able to maintain control
over their dogs even when off leash.
All dogs at the Dog Park should be
responsive to their owners’ calls.
Purchase a one-year membership
for your dog at the Bresnan Meeting
Center, Springer Cultural Center, or
Tennis Center. Users found without
proper membership tags will be asked
to leave and may forfeit future park
privileges.
Requirements for Membership
To complete your membership registration owners must provide a current county registration
form (or other proof of rabies vaccination), and proof of current vaccinations for distemper,
kennel cough/bordatella, para-influenza and parvovirus as well as proof of a fecal test for
