Use Permits:
Groups of 25 or more wishing to utilize a park should complete a
park use permit. There is no fee for a park use permit unless park
permit holder has a concert, fund-raiser or similar event in the
park. Insurance coverage may be required. Please call 217-398-2591
to include an activity on the calendar.

 Fire
Ring:
Reservation of a fire ring requires a signed park permit and a $40 fee for residents; $60 fee for Non-residents. The signed permit and fee must be received by the Park District a minimum of ten (10) business days prior to the date requested for reservation of the fire ring. Reservations are accepted beginning January through October of each calendar year.. For more information call

Hayrack:
The Champaign Park District hayrack is available for rental at $75
for the first hour and $50 each additional hour (includes driver)
beginning April 1 and continues through November 1. Rentals can
only be scheduled for Kaufman Lake. Hayrack rides are weekends only.
Reservations will be taken at the Bresnan Meeting Center, 706 Kenwood
Road, or call 217-398-2591.
 Pavilions:
The Centennial (Rotary Shelter) and Hessel Park Pavilions
are available for private parties or reunions from mid-April
through mid-October. Both pavilions seat approximately 100
- 120 people and have from 15 - 18 picnic tables under the
shelter. Electricity and restrooms are available at both sites.
Grills are located within the parks, however, charcoal is
not provided. Reservations should be made as soon as possible
and must be made a minimum of 15 business days in advance.
Non-residents may reserve the shelter three weeks in advance
at double the fee. Make reservations for the pavilions by
calling 217-398-2591.

Showmobile:
The Showmobile is a 16' by 32' mobile stage. The Showmobile is available
for rental when not in use by the Champaign Park District. Please
call 217-398-2571 to speak to our Special Events Manager for more
details.
