Sholem Aquatic Center will be open regular hours through Wednesday, August 19 - open from 1pm to 7pm on Thursday, August 20 and then closed on Friday. After that only open weekends only until Labor Day.

The Sholem Aquatic Center is Champaign’s premier place to beat the summer heat!
Sholem Aquatic Center is open Saturday, May 23 through Monday, September 7 (with reduced hours when Unit 4 schools arein session). The facility has the following features:
~The Beach is an 8000 sq. ft. activity pool with play and spray features for interactive fun.
~The Rapids is a 660-foot winding river that loops and meanders.
~The Falls is a 170-foot tube slide that twists and turns as you descend into The Rapids.
~The Plunge is a 197-foot tunneling body flume slide that spirals into the splash pool.
~The Puddle is a zero-depth kiddy pool with toys and a slide.
~The Sea is an 8-lane, 25-yard lap pool.
~The Oasis is our concession stand with plenty of seating in the shade or in the sun.
~The bathhouse features locker rooms, family restrooms, and expanded sun & shade areas.
Offering open swim hours, water aerobics, swim lessons, and lap swim; Sholem Aquatic Center is the coolest destination for family fun!

Spalding Pool

This neighborhood pool features lap lanes, a diving well with 2 one-meter diving boards and a large kiddy pool. This facility is perfect for swimmers and sunbathers and offers swim lessons and water aerobics in addition to open swim hours. Spalding Pool is open Saturday, June 6 through Sunday, August 9.
