He’s got the ball, he’s dribbling down the court. He passed the first defender. Oh no! The second defender steals the ball. It’s an easy lay-up at the other end. Want to play basketball? Champaign Park District offers a variety of Adult Basketball leagues that are sure to fit your team’s skill level.
At the time of registration, an application and all fees are due. Non-residents fee is built into league fees. No registration will be accepted without full payment! If your team is sponsored, both the manager and your sponsor must complete and sign the Adult Sports Team Sponsorship form that is available on-line or at Bresnan Meeting Center. Both signatures must be on the form for it to be valid.

*Resident Team Refund: Teams consisting of 60% or more Champaign-Urbana residents will receive $90 refund

Team Sponsorship Form: If your team is sponsored but you will not have a check ready when you register, please fill out this form. Both the manager and sponsor must sign this form for it to be valid. This replaces the old method of a letter on letterhead.

Youth
Hoops - (December through March, See the Fall/Winter Funformation
Guide for exact dates).
The youth basketball program emphasizes participation and instruction.
Players learn rules strategies, skills, sportsmanship and fun. Teams
are organized based upon skills assessments and player evaluation
scores. Teams practice once a week with games on Saturdays. Practice
time and location will be assigned.

Forms allow two individuals to participate in a sport together,
on the same team.
NOTE: Only Buddy Forms filled out correctly will be honored.
See Buddy Form for instructions. Coaches children are not allowed
to be listed on Buddy Form.
